Locating customers and vehicles in a management program is often difficult.  After a few months a typical shop may have loads of duplicate customers.  What's more, adding new customer's can be cumbersome. You first have to check to see if the customer is already in your database. If the customer is not, you click on add the customer.

At MasterWare, we take steps to avoid these problems.

1. MasterWare checks for duplicate names. We will even flag potential duplicates that sound similar. For example:  "Smith, Jim" and "Smith, James".
2. MasterWare will fill in city, state and area codes for you, based just on zip code.
3. Entering new customers and finding customers can be combined into one step with our find function.

You may search for customers by telephone number. Don't worry, punctuation doesn't count!!! No worrying about whether you put a '(' in the phone number. 

If you check the "Search the Internet for Customer" option, and have a live internet connection, the system will go to the Internet.

You will see:

If a customer is found, success will be declared!! 

.. and you may painlessly add the customer to the system. No need to type in the name, address or telephone number!!!!
