Technical support is available only to customers with a valid support agreement. If you do not have a valid support agreement, your support request will be logged for product improvement purposes. You will be given the oppourtunity to purchase support.

You can find your license key by going to Help -->About in MasterWare. A License key consists of 25 letters or digits and four dashes
