Order a MotorWare License Key
Users who need are switching computers or need to add an additional MotorWare seat have several options. In many cases there is no additional charge. Please carefully read about your options below.
MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition Users
Switch Computers at No Charge ---- It's FREE!!!
MotorWare EZ-IP Subscribers, with a valid subscription, who need to switch computers may obtain an new license key by entering the license key of the computer they wish to replace. Simply fill out the form in the link below. There is no charge if you are a current subscriber.
Please note that the MotorWare will be disabled on the computer whose license key you enter in the link below. You will receive a new license key at no charge by email for your new computer.
You cannot increase the number of computers that run MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition using this method. You may merely switch computers.
Ordering Additional Seats
If you need to add an additional seat (an extra computer) to a multi-user environment, please contact our sales department or send us an email. Additional charges may apply. You will most likely need an additional license key. Discounts may apply if you order through our sales department.
MotorWare Professional and MotorWare 2007 Edition Users
Upgrade to MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition
It is easy to upgrade to a MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition subscription. With your subscription you will receive license plate lookups, VIN Decoding and telephone number lookups without included with your subscription fee and your participation in the vehicle service history program. You will also be able to switch computers without charge and receive email based technical support subject to our technical support terms and conditions and limitations.

Stay with MotorWare 2007 Edition
For a limited time MotorWare Professional and MotorWare 2007 Edition users can receive the final version of MotorWare 2007 Edition as well as a license key to use on a new computer. There is a charge for this service and you must be able to provide a valid license key for MotorWare Professional or MotorWare 2007 Edition.
You will receive a new license key via email after you have paid the licensing fee. You will also receive a link to download the latest version of MotorWare 2007 Edition. If you cannot provide a valid license key, please subscribe to MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition.
MotorWare 2007 Edition Comes without technical support of any kind and is presented on an as-is basis as a service to existing customers. To receive support of any kind, you must first upgrade to MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition. License fees for MotorWare 2007 Edition are non-refundable and will not be credited towards any upgrade or subscription fees for MotorWare EZ-IP 2011 Edition.

About License Keys
MotorWare authorization codes have been replaced with an License Key system. Each licensed computer is assigned a unique License Key. The software is activated by connecting briefly to the Internet to verify your license.
To use the new system you must order an License Key and download the latest version of the software from the link you will be sent with your order.
You will receive a download link and a 35 digit (or 30 digit) License Key via email with your order. Be sure to carefully enter the License Key when installing your software.
Some Internet security programs or firewalls may block the activation request from reaching our servers. It is your responsibility to define MotorWare to your Internet security program.
You will need a separate License Key for each computer which runs MotorWare. If you have four computers running MotorWare you need to order four License Keys and install the updated software on each of the four computers.
